We took our 29‑m expedition cruiser to Amico Loano for a major interior refit and technical overhaul. Instead of precise joinery and professional wiring, we found warped bulkheads, misaligned cabinets, mismatched screws and hinges, and messy electrical work left dangling behind panels. Handover dates were promised and then pushed back multiple times, with excuses ranging from supplier delays to sick staff. Every invoice included new line items we never approved.
