Amico Loano charges like a Northern European yard but delivers the quality of a backstreet workshop. We initially received a competitive quote for hull cleaning and antifouling, which was tempting. However, every invoice that followed included ‘unexpected’ extras for ‘additional labor’ or ‘unforeseen complications’ that were never communicated or justified. Their transparency promise is a joke; it felt like a deliberate strategy to lure clients in with low prices and then inflate the final bill exponentially. The actual quality of work, moreover, was mediocre at best, definitely not matching the exorbitant fees. We ended up paying almost double for a service that was rushed and poorly executed, leaving us deeply frustrated and out of pocket.
