They replaced major engine components, including injectors and a fuel pump, but the installation was botched from the start. We had to return two weeks later because of severe oil leaks, unusual vibrations, and clear signs of misalignment in the mounts. Their so-called engineers lacked basic marine knowledge, struggling with diagnostics and offering superficial fixes that barely lasted. The second time, the problem persisted, and the engine was still underperforming. It was incompetence at every level; we ended up having to hire an independent specialist to properly diagnose and correct their errors, incurring double the cost and endless headaches.
